OP, just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in this. i had used denali for many months and i experienced the same issue you described. it's infrequent, but frequent enough to be a problem for daytraders. i was told it's not a problem with the feed itself but most likely a network issue on my part; but just like you, status bar remained green at all times for me too (internet never disconnected) and i was also using low-bandwidth mode (as i have no need for market depth). i had to switch back to cqg feed which doesn't have this problem but i'd like to be able to use denali so if you ever manage to find a solution to this, please post an update. thanks! |
