I've been having a few problems with SC lately. Recently, it's been the data feed. I am not seeing any live prices for CME to which I am subscribed (on the quote board or the charts). I have downloaded current release, I have logged into my IB funded account. I've just got back from the office and it was working there, and now on my laptop at home, I can't see any prices. I can see prices on the CFD data you provide for free, so I know it is not an issue with connection. Please fix this ASAP as it is rather fustrating, especially after the historical data glitch yesterday. Thanks. |
