When the 0 and 1 come up, then you need to select the number and then Enter. Then whatever functionality you were trying to access will be applied to the selected line. For example, if you selected Move, and then get the numbers and select 0 then Enter, then the line that had the 0's will be in Move mode. This is all explained in the link given above.
