This is very odd. Could you perform a Full Reset of the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps Also you will need to deposit money into your TD Ameritrade account. You will need to have at least 500 USD in there. This is a CME requirement. We have not yet imposed any requirement on this, but we will in a few more days. If this is not the case, your data feed account will have to be canceled at the end of the month as it is not compliant with exchange rules.
