There is a problem with the Symbol Settings.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

You also need to disable this option:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

Make sure that option is disabled. You might have changed the symbol settings which is causing a problem. And then reconnect to the data feed after:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers
