The log in post 16 and the post 17 both indicate a "permission denied" error from Rithmic. You need to contact your broker for help with this. We cannot help with that. We have fully discontinued support for Rithmic. You are on your own. And we are reaffirming that after December 2020 newer versions of Sierra Chart will no longer be supporting Rithmic. This is a decision that we are not going to regret. We already have our own simulation environment: Simulated Futures Trading Service And over the next two months, gradually we are going to be putting in place, a whole new community system, to be a viable alternative to these trading evaluators/funding companies.
