Ok, I have saved all these files in the Rim folder in Sierra Chart folder, but actually all these files were already there. Then I entered Sierra Chart, , entered DownloadedInstallation files , entered Rim subfolder and moved these files directly from site to that subfolder by moving them with mouse and they were saved. So, I have these files in 2 Rim folders and still cannot log in. I am with Mes capital. No broker. All theese files already were there before I got log in problem. They were there before I contacted them in Sierra Chart , Rim subfolder, but not in Sierra Chart , Downlodded Installation files, Rim subfolder. Now files ar ein both Rim subfolders.
