There was no change with this setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Ask Volume Timeout in Milliseconds (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) We do not think in your case you should be setting that to 0. So 1500 sounds fine.
