We have been referring users who are having a connection problem to Rithmic to this thread to get the updated files. Some users are still reporting a connection problem to Rithmic. We do not know why that is the case and we have discontinued technical support for Rithmic. Now if you are using Rithmic because you are using Top step trader or One Up trader or one of these evaluators, then ok, while we do have an alternative we are working towards, we understand why you are with those services and why you do not have an exact replacement right now for those services.
