Sierra Chart is very simple and has no external dependencies. Literally nothing. Just the executable itself. It is one of the most simplest programs to run in the world. It is extremely unusual to hear something like this. Check the Windows Task Manager processes list and see if you notice it already running, but if you do you really should see the main window. If it is already running, then terminate the process and start it again. If there is a scenario like that though, it would be a Windows issue.
