Hi I have a new VPS running Windows Server 2016. The SierraChartFileDownloader does not work when I double click on it, so I've downloaded the software and copied it to the C drive as instructed. However, when I click SierraChart64 or SierraChart, the software does not start up. Are there any supporting files that I would need to install ? I've already installed with the Windows essentials etc on the server. Regards Bilal |
