When you have this problem, please send us the following information as requested by CTS: Target System: Live or Simulation. IP address connected to. (This can be determined from the Sierra Chart Message Log. You will see this information within the log lines that indicate a connection to the T4 server. Example: Resolved address fix-sim.t4login.com to IP 69.44.110.196) Source System: IP address of the users system. UserName: CTS T4 Username.
