To Sierra Support, I am experiencing delays in my profile charting. For example, it is 20 minutes into the cash session on 5/28/2020 and my market profile charting shows to still be in the Globex session. The price is following along with the market as if it is real time but instead of showing A period for the day it is still in the last period for Globex. I have attached a screenshot of the Market Profile with the East Coast time in the bottom right corner. I have contacted AMP several times and they have assured me all data and packages are correct. I would appreciate any and all help in order to troubleshoot this matter. I am willing to pay for the telephone or screen share support in order to expedite this as well. Thank you, CG |
