And furthermore regarding these:
also I still have no historical backfill for several symbols,
I have no daily data on some key symbols

Historical data when using Rithmic comes from Sierra Chart servers, not Rithmic. We have been subsidizing the historical data for them all of these years.

All of the historical Intraday data comes from the Sierra Chart servers, the very same servers used for the Denali exchange data feed, other than the most recent 10 minutes. When Rithmic users report missing historical data it is either because they are using our Standard service package which does not include the historical intraday data, or they are missing the most recent 10 minutes and these issues 99% the time are on the Rithmic side.

Historical daily data comes from Barchart. So when using the Sierra Chart order routing service or the Denali exchange data feed does not change historical data other than it being more reliable! Since the most recent 10 minutes comes from the same source, from Sierra Chart servers.

So when you switch back to Rithmic historical data is the same. Other than now the most recent 10 minutes which comes from Rithmic but now you are exposed to more complexity due to the hack involved in that, and there is a dramatically higher possibility that is going to fail as often gets reported to us because of the Rithmic system.

So your historical data issues do not change at all with the service you are using and are specific to your connectivity. They will only get worse when using Rithmic in regards to historical Intraday data for the most recent 10 minutes. Or if you are using the standard Sierra Chart package.

One more note about historical daily data if you are missing data in a continuous futures contract chart, when you started using the Sierra Chart order routing service, since the symbols are different, data had to be downloaded again for those contracts and there may have been download failure for different reasons. In this case, just follow the instructions here to re-download the missing contracts:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Historical data issues are not specific to the Denali exchange data feed or the Sierra Chart historical data service.

And we do acknowledge the problem today for about two minutes, involving SC order routing which all indications are was on the TT side in which we are doing a full investigation of, and making the appropriate improvements. Market data delivery was fine during that time.
