With regards to missing data what I mean is that your answers to the issues assume my chart settings are incorrect. My solution was to duplicate charts that were working and backfilled correctly, then change the symbol (NQ to RTY for example. This has no effect on the issue which persists since the first time I switched over to your service. I cannot use this I have no daily data on some key symbols and I have weird fills and cannot cancel orders. I have to switch back to Rithmic
