The problem is that Interactive Brokers does not give clear and reliable order status codes and updates. The problem is they are not updating the Stop attached order indicating that it is open. The last status they gave is PreSubmitted We do not want to start doing hacks to solve these problems. We have been clearing out the Interactive Brokers hacks that we have put in over the years. So we are not offering a solution to this at this time when using interactive brokers. This is an Interactive Brokers specific issue. One thing you can do is disable the use of server-side bracket orders with Interactive Brokers. That will solve the problem for the time being.
