Hi, I'm getting error messages when connecting to the Rithmic Data Service - it keeps asking me to Reinstall with install Optional Components which I've done 4 times!
I've also tried it on a different computer with the same error messages. Attached screenshot. I've spoken to AMP Futures Support and they've tried but couldn't figure out the problem. I'm at wits end. I don't know how else to solve this. Please help.
