Hi Team, I have issues downloading FGBL data. I am using Sierra Chart via AMP account and CQG. Here are some of my settings : Chart > Chart Settings - date Range set as from today To today. When I try to modify the date in From and Apply, it comes back to Today automatically. - Days to load : 30 -Session Start Time : 01:00:00 -Session End Time : 23:00:00 - continuous Contract : None Data/Trade Service Settings Max Historical Intradays Days to Download Non-Tick data : 186 Max Historical Intradays Days to Download 1-Tick data : 186 I have tried multiple times to redownload the data following different threads found on your website : Edit/Download Data on the Chart Global Edit/Download Data via Edit menu Updating the server from Symbol settings But it keeps downloading the very few minutes ago. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. |
