It looks like you are logging into Sierra Chart with an account that does not have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active. You have two Sierra Chart accounts . One them is from AMP. Refer to: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Login with a Different Sierra Chart Account Name In regards to this chart: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1590064761658.png There must be something not right with the configuration of that chart. We recommend just opening a new one. That would be the easiest thing to do. Otherwise, refer to: Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Chart Bars or Studies Not Completely within View, Not Displayed, or Cut Off. Reset Scales.
