I have multiple issues with this service, and right now I have no charts updating at all, feed is connected, no trading or data. Another persistent issue is that daily charts on some instruments, such as RTY and ES are not filling the chart, so if I request 250 days, 180, whatever, I only get about 30 days of data to backfill the charts. Other symbols will backfill correctly. I'm at the end of my rope with this feed solution, I might have to wait until the end of the month to switch back to Rithmic since I do not want to incur professional status by having had 3 separate logins this month... please advise as to whether Denali is up, because nothing is happening on my end for an hour or more Video here https://www.dropbox.com/s/yymgkooaoriy9sg/Denali%20no-go%20May20%20-%202020.wmv?dl=0 |
