You can take care of this yourself by clicking on the following link and then Deactivating the Exchange(s) you do not want an then Activating the Exchange(s) you do want. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed The one thing we want you to be aware of is that if you make this change today, you will not receive any refund for the currently active exchange, and it will continue to be available through the end of the month. And you will then need to pay for the full amount for the new exchange that you activate, which will only be good through the end of this month (the Exchanges work on a per-month basis and it does not matter when in the month you activate the exchange). We are also happy to take care of this for you, but we want to make sure you that you want to make the change now, or if you want to wait until the beginning of next month to activate the new exchange.
