You are not getting live data since you do not have a trading account connected in order to validate yourself as a Non-Professional for the CME Group. Once the trading account is assigned, then you will just need to finish the Setup Instructions for the SC Order Routing starting at Step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Once that is complete, you will then be getting the live data from the Denali Exchange Data feed.
