The Message Log you posted does not show any attempt to update the Sierra Chart software. From within Sierra Chart, are you selecting Help >> Download Current Version? What we want you to do, is update Sierra Chart using this installer: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe And in the installer set the Installation Path to: C:\Users\Mark\Desktop\SierraChart Also this is not the correct location you installed Sierra Chart into. It should be installed into C:\SierraChart instead.
