We are not reviewing the user to user communication in here because that is not within the scope of our support. I'm wanting to map some custom keyboard shortcuts to control bar buttons, but the Customize button is grayed out in the Customize Control Bar 1 window. Anyone know how can I make the button available? Do you still need help with this?
