The TT FIX system which is used in the background for the Sierra Chart order routing service does not provide streaming updates to account balances. Account balance data has to be periodically requested and cannot be done at too fast a rate due query limits that TT imposes. If you are a new user of the order routing service or you have not been trading, the account balance data that you see may reflect the balance from the previous day. It will be up-to-date once you begin trading as it will then update approximately every 1 to 2 minutes when trading. |
