You told me to send the request through AMP if I wanted to be charged for the data feed and routing fees through them, and this seemed easier, so I filled out their request form. When I didn't hear anything back, I inquired via their online chat, they said I need to do another request form, then they said all was up to you folks, and so far, in almost 24 hrs, nothing. I am waiting, with no data, no ability to trade, and I started this a whole day ago thinking I would be up and running by premarket this morning. There seem to be a lot of crossed wires getting this feed up and running, who is responsible for what etc. I hope this improves in the future... Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-07 14:29:55
