What we determined is that the problem we were seeing is unrelated to your problem and it is something that was just isolated to our debug environment and it related to testing of the custom study authorization functionality. So everything is working properly on our side. So what we need to get from you is a DLL file and the Chartbook that contains a chart that contains that custom study in that DLL.
