Restart Sierra Chart and open a EUREX chart when connected to Rithmic. And then post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

We will see what the problem is. It should work.

You can also get EUREX Data by selecting Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Service to "SC Exchange Data". You can find the symbols under File >> Find Symbol.
