I restarted Sierra Chart 4 times before everything was syncing again. Definitely no need to do this. Restarting was completely irrelevant to the issue. Do not do that. It is completely unrelated and unnecessary. You are only continuing the waiting of the historical data to be downloaded.If there is a lost connection, and then there is a reconnection, the charts will download the missing historical data. The amount of data missing would be based upon the amount of time of the disconnection. It is really hard from our perspective to answer specifically what has happened because we really did not see it and do not know exactly what the situation was. And no, there is no known issue here at all. chart bars not updating while at the same time showing a price that doesn't relate to bars on the chart is a big deal!
