Hello I dont know where the problem lies at the moment Have tried the help from IB but there suggestions have not worked. Problem is tws will just randomly shut down ( one minute it is there next its gone completely have to go through process of logging in again to get it back. This can happen two or three times a day. My question is would you be able to check the logs of my sierra charts to make sure its a IB problem This started happening 3 days ago have not had a problem before this. Thank you |
