Hi, I realized my service package expired today. So i went ahead and made a payment of $26 to renew it. After going back to Sierra Chart and connecting to Interactive Brokers, I opened the saved chart windows only to find out the numbers bars were missing from the charts. The supporting indicators like RSI are all there. The price is showing the last trading price but only the numbers bars are missing. If I create a new chart again, it shows minute bars, range bars without problem. But only if I add the Numbers Bars study, I will instantly get blank bars like the screenshot below. Would you please let me know if the package I've purchased does not include the Numbers Bars study? Thanks |
