I've read the support documents but still don't understand how the function works. Often I see huge numbers appearing as bids/offers being removed but there was never that many to begin with e.g. 25 bid at a certain price then suddenly -1200 pulled, does this mean that somebody input 1200 then cancelled in a millisecond - if so surely that would net to 0? I just don't understand how this pulling/stacking function is working, how often does it refressh etc?
