Hi, I have no active/working orders open (confirmed this with AMP) and I'm using the Denali feed. If I go to my trade activity window however, there is an open trade that has no exit date/time. As you will see in attached image "OpenTrade_Bug" there obviously something wrong here (see entry price). If I go to my chart stats window for today, a open trade is showing there too. Please see the other attached image 'OpenTrade_Bug_Showing Active Trade'. Note: 1) Before I posted this message and took these screenshots, I installed the latest version of Sierra chart 2091 in case that resolved it but it didn't. 2) My current balance in the 'account balances' window is correct. The 'trade orders' and 'trade positions' windows are both empty. Please advise what I should do to resolve this. Thanks |
