Hello, Need guidance to integrate the live Interactive Brokers Account with the SC Exchange Data Feed ( I have SC Exchange data feed with BATS exchange subscription). Please see the attached screenshots. The chart is linked with the live IB account and "Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is checked (pic #1). However, the IB server rejects the order (pic #2). Is it because the chart has a .BZ with the symbol (because of the BATS exchange symbol) and IB server does not recognize it? Please see the quote board in pic #1. How do we fix it? Should all the symbols should be re-written as per IB system or is there a way to automatically remap it? Regards, |
