Yes we do see why it is starting to occur in newer versions. There was the implementation of a safety feature related to Attached Orders. It had this unintended side effect in the case of when using Interactive Brokers. We are looking at a solution that we tried before with IB, but ran into a problem apparently due to order status issues we have seen with IB. We will try to put together a patch but we do not know how well this is going to work. One thing is that we are no longer going to go out of the way to accommodate interactive brokers.
