We have looked into Current Balance Available For New Positions field when using CTS T4. What we have found out, is that the meaning of the FIX field we are using is different based upon the report it comes with . The documentation did not explain this. Anyway, without going into a lot of details, the data you are looking for, is not easily obtained. And we have removed support for it when using CTS T4, so it is not misleading.
