hi, Im using Flex Renko charts, volume charts, for many time frames. when usually load new chartbook symbol, for example ES, it takes long time to Download data, and just the charts are empty and there is an phrase says downloading continuos Contract Data. Ive deleted all data and download again, but takes long time as a describe before, sometimes I disconnect a connects the data, and its starts to load information more quick, but for long term charts the information loaded is incomplete (for some months there is no data) Please your help.
