First, with respect to being in Simulation mode, this is the only option, since you are not connected to a trading service. You can find more information here: Trade Simulation With regards to the data, everything on our end looks good, so you should be getting the data in Real-Time for the CME Exchange (symbols traded on other CME Group exchanges (such as COMEX) will be delayed by 10 minutes). If you are still having an issue with a chart that has a symbol from the CME, then first follow this procedure to force a login and ensure that the information from our servers is updated to your local Sierra Chart software: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login -------------------------------------------- And finally, if you are still having an issue after performing the above, then follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
