Does that mean even the change required in the way to connect to R-Trader Pro will not be provided before May 1st? No this is technically impossible. There has been a compatibility issue going on for years now with Rithmic. We explain why these problems exist because Rithmic uses an in process API component:Sierra Chart Does not Support External Service API Components So this problem was forecasted years in advance of when it happened. The Rithmic connection is not being maintained. We can offer you a refund. But really you should look instead at using another service other than Rithmic. We support CQG and also the Sierra Chart order routing service: Supported Data and Trading Services And another thing that users do not realize about Rithmic, is that the historical data for Rithmic has always been provided by Sierra Chart. If users are using Rithmic historical data only, we do not think they are going to be impressed by it at all. They are going to see issues with the amount of data available, current contracts only, and the download performance will be slow and the processing of it will be slow and freeze Sierra Chart at times. The way that historical data works with Rithmic really is sloppy. Do you choose Rithmic because that is all your clearing firm offers? If our TT based order routing is not going to work based on the clearing firm you use, you can then look at using CQG instead.
