This does not make any sense and we do not recommend this procedure: I can only load my chartbook if I delete all data and download
We do not see how this has any relevancy unless it is related to what is documented here: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.16 - What to do if Sierra Chart is in a frozen state for an extended time due to extended high CPU usage caused by an automatically or manually opened Chartbook I'm guessing my issue will be the fact that my chartbook was made with a previous version of Sierra No, this is definitely definitely not the case at all. This is definitely not the problem.I fixed this with a fresh installation of Sierra and copied over my settings from the previous install. We do not know why this would make any difference. It does not make sense to us and we would not have recommended that.We do not see how using OpenGL is related to the problem you are describing. It really sounds like a condition where there are some studies which are taking a long time to calculate.
