Dear sir /madam, I have two questions 1. the data still not move since First of April. I can't use it since 1st April and you are still charging me. 2. Since March, you have informed me because of changing of vendor, I can't use the 2nd connections. But why you still charge me US$12 from March to April? I am very frustrated of your services. If it still not work, I will stop using SC, and ask you to refund me the April charge and my remaining balance. Thanks |
