The platform is showing open positions in the Chart Stats tab although I have confirmed flat with AMP. Update Sierra Chart to the current version:Software Download: Fast Update For the charts that you see on the Trade Stats for Charts tab, make sure this option is enabled for each one: Chart Settings: Filter Initial Fills Which Are Part of Existing Position (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) And set the Order Fills Start Date-Time to 0: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) If you still have a problem, then refer to: Trade Activity Log: Solving Inaccurate Trade Statistics for Charts Field Values Also the Account Balances tab shows that over 100 USD was taken from my account today despite the fact that I am up about 30 USD today.

And if there any inaccuracies this is not within our control. And I cannot see the trades that I made today in the Trade tab.
This step should not be relevant to the issue but we want you to convert the trade activity format as explained here:Select File >> Disconnect. Select Global Settings >> Convert Trade Activity Format. Select File >> Connect to Data Feed. This procedure only needs to be done once.
