Hello, I was trying to initiate a new short trade, I hit the "sell bid" button, but the order stayed in the book at the offer. I don't understand why? (Order # 1119128781 and 1119128782). My broker (AMP) tells me that all they see on their side is how the order was placed in the book (as limit). They said, "the bid must have moved" by the time order was sent. That makes no sense to me. My understanding is that if I click the "sell bid", then I should get filled, at whatever price the bid is at that moment. Is that not right? Thank you, |
