Dear Support Following some issues essentially due to an old 2600K CPU I've upgraded specifically for Sierra Chart to an i7 9700K (not OC) with 32MB and 1TB M.2. However, I still notice that its really only ever CPU1 that gets pushed to its max which is consistent with my other PC. My question is this. Why given the power of C++ is the load not being distributed across the other cores? It often hits the 100% during certain activities (monitoring Sierra Chart only) and stays there during which time Sierra Charts waits, freezes or locks wrt user inputs until the load reduces.
