I spoke wrongly, English is not my native language. The order has been activated, the price has reached the previously set order level of 2 positions, two different TPs and one joint SL. It would be nice to focus on the problem why, despite the paid Denialli data packet and SC routing through TT and ensuring that the orders are on the server and not only on the platform, nothing could be done with them. The price reached TP1 level and nothing happened. Because I reported exactly the same behavior of orders earlier, I decided not to extend the purchase of data from Denialli with routing from SC. It does not ensure the security of orders as described and my case is a confirmation of this. I hope that you will explain where the error is to make your clients funds they were safe (they were to be placed by placing orders on the server regardless of whether the Sierra Charts platform has a connection or not and I will answer it immediately, I have enabled this function in accordance with your instructions). I hope that you will take care of it seriously, as it is , Your customers can only remain passive viewers like me yesterday, without the possibility of modification already active orders.
