There is no problem with the source data feed so it must relate to not being connected to your funded account. Or not using the correct symbols.

Even though you went through the procedure to connect your funded account, still it must have related to either of these two.

And also the core issue is the CME market data rules. They are the ones, which complicate market data access. And this is why we have come up with this solution:

Being you no longer have a problem it is not possible for us to say what the issue is after the fact. But it must have been those two possibilities. We cannot say anything more at this point. It does not help to ask further about this. It is just too late.
