Guys you really need to do a better job in your response time when the issue is of most critical level. The idea that I need to go through several iterations of possible fixes is unacceptable when a response from you could save a great deal of frustration not to mention being blind to ongoing market movements while having open positions.
My list of fixes
1)log off and on DTS denali no help
2)contact support no response
3)log off DTS and Log into CQG I began receiving quotes ..Log off of CQG
and back to Denali nothing
4) exit SC completely and then restart .. no help
5)log off of DTS denali and into CQG I begin receiving quotes again
Log off of CQQ and into Denali and finally a consistent stream of quotes from Denali.
Now this issue needs a far better support page explaining why or what is the source of a rock solid data feed being reduced to a mere trickle. Mind you all this prior to the first of the month. It seems, but of course I have no clue, that the first of the month might start at the beginning of the night session on the last day prior to month end.
