How much of a lag are you noticing? I have followed all the additional SC recommendations to achieve peak performance, What exactly did you do? We will check the server, to see what we find regarding your connection at this time. The London server may or may not help but we have to add an option for that for when using SC Data-All Services. Update: we did check the server and earlier today we did see data buffered up to 112 K for your connection but for a short moment that is not unusual.
