You will need to enable both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the USA Stocks. Then you will need to enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME data. The Market Depth data is also called the Order Book. It is the number of resting orders at each price level for the instrument. You do not need this for the Numbers Bars (Footprint) charts. But we do not know if you may need this for other purposes in how you trade.
