We will inform CTS as to the discrepancy you are indicating. The issue must be on their side.
Closed out of all trades and "balance for new positions" went to $0. Issue on their side I suppose.A closed trade now shows open and trading on the "trade stats for charts". While my net positions are 0. I'll delete this data and see what future trades do. I had reliability issues with this data on zenfire as well. Sometimes a trade would open and close properly other times it would open but never close. I'll stick to my trusted Excel I guess. If you do not see any data on the Trade Statistics tab of the Trade Activity Log, please post an image of the first tab so we can have a look.
Not exactly sure what image you want me to post here. The first tab "trade activity" shows all my orders. I don't know that I want to put that on a public forum sorry.
